About Me

I have worked at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP for over 29 years, and been a Partner since 1997. I currently hold two roles, as Head of the International Diversified Industries Sector and Head of India Business Group.

As Head of Diversified Industrial Sector, I am responsible for co-ordinating Eversheds Sutherland approach to the large number of clients that we advise internationally in this sector. We seek to help facilitate the sharing of know-how and best practice amongst Eversheds Sutherland's lawyers who specialise in the sector; and in doing so aim to support clients, through a greater understanding of client needs, their business, and how we can add value to our advice, and both increase Eversheds Sutherland's presence in the sector and market share. Our clients include major international industrial companies.

I visit India regularly through my role as Head of India Group, advising a large number of our international clients doing business in India, and increasingly, a number of Indian companies looking to do business outside of India. Non-Executive Director of the Uk India Business Council's Board.

My specialities include real estate expertise on urban development and regeneration, and corporate due diligence.

Specialties: Real estate and corporate due diligence.
